Where datasets and outputs go.

Proctor does not send data anywhere. It has no network code and no telemetry.

  • Prompts and outputs stay between your app and the system model on the device. Gemini Nano and Apple Foundation Models run on the device.
  • Result files are written to the app’s storage on the device. You pull them yourself (adb pull, or the simulator’s folder).
  • The HTML report contains no scripts and loads nothing from the network.
  • Data leaves the device in two cases that you control: when you pull the files, and when you pass an LLM judge or an EmbeddingProvider that calls a cloud service. Both are your choice; check what your cases contain first.
  • Result files contain the inputs and outputs of your cases. Do not commit them if the cases hold real user data. Use synthetic cases.
